With EverCo’s EverAgent, a Foundation can build a culture of continuous engagement with alumni and the community. Of course you can update alumni - you do that now by email. But with an Agentic AI agent, you can have conversations with alumni. These conversations build stronger communities and provide vital feedback. Alumni can ask questions (when is the next baseball game?), and outbound messages can be tailored to their specific interests. You can even create interactive games (with prizes!), such as a university trivia game.

How does it work?

EverCo trains an agent on your university and your foundation. You can assign goals, train the agent’s voice to reflect your brand, and start having conversations. The agent then texts your alumni to say hello. The agent can answer questions about the university, from historical information to current events (including future events, like sports schedules). The agent then texts the alumni anytime you have something to communicate. The agent can link to website pages, meeting calendars, event tickets and fundraising efforts. The agent can even integrate into your platforms and complete forms itself so that the alumni never have to click a link and complete a form. You can also launch campaigns, which are a series of texts to raise funds, promote awareness, and build community. The agent drives engagement right on their phones, and there’s no app for alumni to download.
